Reservations made with the hotel directly on a Flexible Cancellation package can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Advance Purchase packages are non-refundable and no amendments are permitted; please refer to your confirmation email for the cancellation policy. For reservations made through a third party website please refer to their cancellation policy.
When is the payment taken?
Pre-payment for all reservations with felixble 48 cancellation policy is due 48 hours prior to arrival and can be made via the secure payment link that will be emailed to you in advance of your arrival. All bookings without a payment by 48h prior to arrival are not guaranteed and may be cancelled without prior notice. Payment for non-refundable advance purchase packages is taken at the time of booking.

What are the shuttle operating hours?

Do you offer shuttle service to the city centre?
No, our shuttle bus runs between the hotel and Dublin Airport only.
How do I request for a bus from Dublin Airport?
To avail of a shuttle pick up from Dublin Airport please call us on +353 1 866 9500 or contact the Tourist Information Desk at Dublin Airport once you are ready to be collected. We will then send the bus to collect you from zone 16 in the coach park. This area is at the end of the glass tunnel beside the church and is well sign posted.
