Had a faulty kettle in my room when I arrived but the staff were very quick to sort it out for me. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming while being professional. It really did feel like a home away from home. I ate in the restaurant on two evenings and although the service was a little slow the food was very tasty and fairly good value, with a nice atmosphere. I had breakfast in my room on one morning and couldn't fault it as it arrived promptly and fresh and was a great selection. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for a city break as it has a great location, friendly staff and is very good value, I will certainly be staying there again the next time I am in Dublin.

really good value hotel only a few mins from the airport. Room was comfortable and quite. Food was good in the bar/restaurant. I would use it again.

Fantastic hotel. Staff couldn't be more helpful. I had a sick grandson & they couldn't do more to help me with him. Also my older grandson (6) wanted scrambled eggs for his dinner & they were so tasty I finished the lot! We had a lovely evening meal, a really comfortable bed, pleasant, couritous staff & a friendly bus ride to the airport in the morning. I was also delighted to leave my car locked in the underground carpark while away knowing it was safe & secure. Thank you one & all for a lovely stay. We will be back when in Dublin again.
